IJ Alliance was founded in response to a growing need for more collaborative and structured property development models in Kenya. Many landowners, especially in areas like Kiambu, Ruiru, Thika, Juja, and Limuru, have land but lack the capital to develop it. At the same time, there are local and international investors with capital but limited access to trustworthy, development-ready land. IJ Alliance steps in to create fair, transparent partnerships that result in long-term value for both parties.
